Rakesh Rajamani is a highly experienced Senior Agile Software Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the delivery of software products in various domains, including Home Networking, Wireless Technology, Mobile Phone Platforms, OTT, and Set Top Box (STB). He has a proven track record of delivering projects within schedule and budget while adhering to quality guidelines. Rakesh is proficient in Project Management tools and processes and has experience in constant risk monitoring and tracking. He is also experienced in preparing RFI/RFP responses and proof of concepts (POCs) and has attended quality audits. He is well-versed in Scaled Agile (SAFE) and Lean principles, playing Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Scrum of Scrum Master roles. He has facilitated and conducted Product backlog grooming, Quarterly product increment planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and has experience in requirements gathering, project scoping, estimation, planning, costing, and team management. Rakesh has a development experience on technologies like Bluetooth, Universal Plug and Play (UPnP), DLNA, XML security, multimedia applications targeting embedded, mobile, and STB platforms. He is proficient in C, C++ programming and experienced in OOAD methodologies. Currently, Rakesh is working as Senior Project Manager at Nagravision India, managing both product and project teams involved in development & maintenance of Nagra OpenTV OS and Nagra OpenCDM solutions on multiple SOCs/OEMs catering to different customers. Prior to this, he worked as a Project Manager at Wipro, managing development and maintenance projects for leading Set Top Box manufacturers targeting multiple operators across geographies. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Fortuna Technologies (Tieto), developing audio/video applications using Open Platform API defined for Ericsson's Mobile Technology Platforms. Rakesh holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Shivaji University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electronics from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has relevant experience of 21.45 years and possesses a Tech Stack that includes Mobile and Software Engineering.
